Montana This Morning
Lion King look-A-Like Contest
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Employees and their families of participating Sponsors and KPAX Television, KAJ Television are not eligible to participate in the “Montana This Morning Lion King Look-A-Like Contest”.
•To enter; upload your digital photo of you or a friend or loved one dressed as your favorite Lion King character. Go to kpax.com or kaj18.com and click on the “Lion King Look-A-Like Contest” link. Once on the “Lion King Look-A-Like” site click on the “e-mail photo” button to submit your entry. Entry deadline is Midnight on Monday October 26th, 2009. Winners will be announced on Montana This Morning on Friday October 30th.
•Winner will be chosen by an online voting process.
•Viewers will be instructed to go to kpax.com and kaj18.com to vote for their favorite eligible entry. The eligible entry with the most votes will be declared the winner. A representative of KPAX will determine the winner in the event of a tie.
•Voting will begin 10am Tuesday October 27th, 2009 and end at 12 Noon on Thursday October 29th, 2009. Winners will be announced during Montana This Morning on Friday morning October 30th, 2009
•Any and all taxes and fees associated with any prize won during the “Montana This Morning Lion King Look-A-Like Contest”, is responsibility of the winner.
•Winners will be contacted by phone starting Friday October 30th, 2009. Three attempts will be made prior to November 3rd, 2009. If these attempts are unsuccessful the prize will awarded to the 2nd place finisher.
•All prizes must be picked up at KPAX Communications offices at 1049 West Central Ave. in Missoula, Montana between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise agreed to by a representative of KPAX Communications.
•One winner per household.
•A representative of Montana’s News Station will make all decisions associated with the awarding of any prize associated with the “Montana This Morning Lion King Look-A-Like Contest”. All decisions are final.
•A representative of Montana’s News Station can modify these rules at any time without notice.
•Cash value of all prizes is $0.
•Participants assume all responsibility for bodily injury before, during and after the “Montana This Morning Lion King Look-A-Like Contest” or from or due to use of any prize won in the “Montana This Morning Lion King Look-A-Like Contest”.
•Winners agree to allow their names and likeness to be used by Montana’s News Station, and the sponsors of this contest, for promotional advertising with no compensation.
•No purchase required, void where prohibited.
•Prize winners from the “Montana This Morning Lion King Look-A-Like Contest” will be required to sign a release in order to be awarded their prize or prizes.
