KPAX Win Your Wedding Contest, Rules
•No purchase necessary, void where prohibited.
•Must be 18 years of age or older to participate and win.
•Employees & families of sponsors are not eligible. Family is defined as spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, child or anyone currently married to any of the previously stated.
•Sponsors; KPAX Communications, Holland Lake Lodge, Beautiful Weddings, Habitat Floral, Greendoor Photography, Eastgate Rental, Miss Patti Cakes, Forest Edge Inn.
•One winner will be chosen by a voting process involving visitors to kpax.com from among all qualified submissions.
•Contest Runs February 7th, 2011 – April 1st, 2011.
•One entry per couple will be accepted.
•Enter by creating a :90 or shorter video explaining why you should win the “Wedding Giveaway”. Upload your Video to kpax.com by logging on to kpax.com & clicking the Wedding Giveaway link.
•Entries will be accepted through Midnight on Sunday March 20th, 2011.
•Entries will be reviewed by a representative of KPAX Communications prior to being entered into the contest. Videos that are deemed inappropriate or videos longer than :90 seconds in length may be eliminated from consideration for the Grand Prize. KPAX reserves the right to refuse any video from entry into the contest.
•KPAX Communications does not accept responsibility for errors that can occur when uploading your video or during the voting process.
•Beginning Monday March 21st, 2011, viewers will be encouraged to log on to kpax.com view the videos and vote for their favorite.
•The winner will be chosen by the public based on most votes. In the event of a tie, a winner will be chosen by random drawing from among all tied entries.
•Grand Prize wedding must take place on Sunday September 25, 2011 and includes: Holland Lake Lodge is giving away one night of accommodations for up to 40 guests, including food, full staff, drinks, tables, linens, hors d' oeuvres, dinner with menu of Angus prime rib and fresh salmon – Valued up to $10,200! Green Door Photography is giving away a package with engagement session, 6 hours of continuous wedding coverage, online gallery, etc - a $3,400 value! Habitat Floral is giving away $500 in floral arrangements & wedding coordination and consultation package valued at $3,500! Eastgate Rental & Party Center is giving away rental of a 30x40 wedding canopy valued up to $1,000! Miss Patti Cakes is giving away a cake serving 150, consultation & tasting, delivery & set-up and a free 6" anniversary cake in 2012! Valued up to $650! Beautiful Weddings is giving away a bridal gown, bride's maid gown, groomsmen and groom's tuxedo - value up to $1,760! Forest Edge Inn is giving away 2 free nights within your first year after the wedding, including dinner both nights, breakfast, champagne - value up to $1,000! •A representative of KPAX Communications will make a minimum of 3 attempts over 3 working days to contact the Grand Prize winner beginning the afternoon of Friday April 1st. A minimum of 3 phone attempts will be made to each phone number provided. If the KPAX Communications Representative is unsuccessful in contacting the winner after following the procedures outlined above the second place winner will be declared the Grand Prize winner and the above outlined procedure for contacting the winner will be followed. This procedure will be followed until a winner is determined.
•It is understood that any/all problems that arise due to your computer system or internet access or 3rd party vendors such as Second St. Media are not the responsibility of KPAX and will not result in any additional prizes being awarded.
•Cash value of the any prize associated with this contest is valued at $0.
•All winners must sign waiver release form at KPAX Television, Missoula, 1049 West Central Ave., to be awarded prize. Kalispell winners must sign waiver release form at KPAX Television, Missoula, 1049 W. Central Ave., to be awarded prize.
•Winner assumes responsibility for any taxes, or additional expenses or bodily injury associated with any prize from this contest. Winner must sign a release and provide social security number, name, address and any other information requested.
•A description of all prizes, are available from 8am until 5pm Monday – Friday at KPAX Television or at KAJ Television offices by appointment. Appointment can be made by calling (406) 756-5888.
•Odds of winning depend votes received.
•Winners agree to allow their names and likeness to be used by KPAX and/or KAJ Communications, Holland Lake Lodge, Beautiful Weddings, Habitat Floral, Greendoor Photography, Eastgate Rental, Miss Patti Cakes, Forest Edge Inn. for promotional purposes and/or advertising without further compensation.
•A representative of KPAX Television can modify these rules without notice. All decisions will be made by an official of KPAX Television and all decisions are final.
